General Industrial

Project Automation has assisted:

  • a furniture manufacturing company to flip wooden assemblies without damaging the furniture. If you are familiar with the industry you realize that task requires careful control over the pressure to ensure sufficient support to accomplish the task without applying so much pressure that the fragile assembly is damaged and the weight of the furniture is constantly changing.

  • an appliance manufacturer to transfer finished products to multiple levels of the facility without damaging the finish. The task became more difficult than it sounds because of tight space constraints and multiple product sizes.

  • a construction materials producer to automatically handle panels that ranged from 3’ to 48’ in length.

  • a waste recycling plant to handle materials that are shredded to a fluff state, then compressed into a briquette.

Space prohibits inclusion of every system that Project Automation has developed, but we hope you get the picture – we have probably done it! Or at the very least, something much like it.
